Ariel Diehl

I’m a Southern California native who transplanted to the northwest at age 18—and I’ve been here ever since. What started as a change of scenery turned into building a life rooted in the outdoors, community, and the industries I now represent.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and began my career as a PE and health teacher at Hood River Valley High School, where I also served as the head snowboard coach. Over five seasons, I led the team to four state championships, building not just competitive athletes, but a strong, connected program grounded in commitment and culture.

My time as a snowboard coach was my entry point into the outdoor lifestyle industry. After getting my start as a sub rep for two years, I developed a deep understanding of the market, the retailers, and what it takes to grow brands in a meaningful way across the Pacific Northwest. As a Principal Sales Representative, I manage and grow wholesale accounts across the Pacific Northwest, building lasting relationships and driving brand growth.

I’m not just representing brands—I live this lifestyle every day. Whether I’m snowboarding, surfing, skating, mountain biking, snowmobiling, or dirt biking, I stay deeply connected to the communities and environments these brands are built around.

That connection is what drives how I work. I focus on building real relationships, showing up with consistency, and creating long-term growth for the brands I represent.

This isn’t just a job - this is my lifestyle. 🤘🏼
